What makes Fine Sawdust different from Eco-Pick?
Both are kiln-dried for maximum absorbency (80% better than standard). Fine Sawdust uses poplar and birch for ultra-soft texture, best for herds prioritizing comfort. Eco-Pick uses spruce and fir, heat-treated for very low dust, best for farms with respiratory concerns or preference for natural treatment.
How much will I save by using your bedding?
Because our bedding is 80% more absorbent, you'll change stalls 30–40% less often. For a 200-head barn, that's roughly 2–3 fewer changes per week, saving labor and material. Most farms see ROI within 6 months, even at our premium price. Plus, healthier livestock = fewer vet bills.
What sizes do you offer?
Retail: 3 cu.ft bags in 25-bag pallets. Bulk: 900 lb returnable totes. Totes include 30–40% volume discount and are ideal for herds 150+ head. Mix and match between Fine Sawdust and Eco-Pick at the same pricing.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 2 business days and arrive within 5–10 days, depending on your location. We serve all of Canada and the northern US with scheduled truck routes. Once you're on our delivery schedule, arrival dates are predictable.
Are your products organic or certified?
Our bedding is 100% natural wood, kiln-dried with no chemical additives. We source responsibly from managed forests. While not formally certified organic, our product meets or exceeds most organic farm standards. Contact us for detailed sourcing & certification information.
Do you offer a trial or sample?
Yes! We can arrange a trial skid (5–10 bags or a small tote) to test on your farm before committing to full orders. Call us at 833-850-9663 or use the contact form to request a trial.
What if I need to cancel or change my delivery schedule?
No problem. Give us 5 business days' notice and we'll pause, adjust, or cancel your schedule. If you have returnable totes, we'll arrange pickup. Flexibility is part of our service.
How do returnable totes work?
You receive a 900 lb bedding tote. When empty, keep it on your farm. On your next delivery day, our driver swaps it for a full one, no extra charge. No need to store or manage empties. Easy, clean, efficient.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Bulk tote orders (900 lb) include 30–40% volume discount vs. retail bags. The more you order, the better your rate. We also offer seasonal pricing for herds locked into longer contracts. Call for a custom quote.
