First test case: wood to electricity plant in Southeast US

Application of the BSCR Standards to a first test case of a wood-to-electricity plant in the Southeast US shows positive results: over 41% of Risk Factors and 34% of Risk Indicators in the Standards were not addressed by previous reports. Overall project risk as perceived by capital markets was shown to decrease by 29% after application of the BSCR Standards.
