Site Size: 110 Acres
Price Summary: $3.00 – $4.00/sq. ft.
Overview: The I-29 Ag & Industrial Park offers various lot sizes that provide easy access for incoming/outgoing freight. Excellent visibility for general traffic. The park will have street lighting and rural water running up to the lot line. It will be fully built out with 36’ concrete paved roads.
Infrastructure:
- Electric: Southeastern Electric. 3-Phase power is available.
- Natural Gas: MidAmerican Energy natural gas can be extended to the site.
- Water: City of Worthing operates a lagoon treatment system. Receives water supply from South Lincoln Rural Water System.
