- Location: 47100 U.S. Highway 18, Worthing, SD, 57077
- Site Size: 110 Acres
- Price Summary: $3.00 – $4.00/sq. ft.
- Overview: The I-29 Ag & Industrial Park offers various lot sizes that provide easy access for incoming/outgoing freight. Excellent visibility for general traffic. The park will have street lighting and rural water running up to the lot line. It will be fully built out with 36’ concrete paved roads.
- Infrastructure:
- Electric: Southeastern Electric. 3-Phase power is available.
- Natural Gas: MidAmerican Energy natural gas can be extended to the site.
- Water: City of Worthing operates a lagoon treatment system. Receives water supply from South Lincoln Rural Water System.
- Wastewater: No sanitary sewer line to the site.
- Fiber: Telecommunication services are provided by Midco and Bluepeak.
- Transportation Access:
- Located on Innovation Ave & Crossroad St, with access from 471st ave. off Hwy 18 (no truck traffic weight restrictions)
- The site is in close proximity to I-29.

- There is no direct rail spur on the site.
